Aluminium Gieterij Oldenzaal invests in 2nd SMARTT Process Control From Foseco

After thorough research and trials Aluminium Gieterij Oldenzaal is the first aluminium foundry in the Netherlands to invest in the SMARTT process control from Foseco. At this moment only a few other aluminium Foundries in Europe make use of this new technology.

SMARTT is a process control tool for the rotary degassing process of aluminium alloys. It analyses all external variables and calculates the treatment parameters for degassing process just before each treatment. The target for the optimisation is a consistent melt quality after each treatmen.

By this investment Aluminium Gieterij Oldenzaal has the newest technology in house in order to ensure the quality of her castings even better towards her highly demanding customers
